Abstract
The issue of waiting for the Mahdi (pbuh) to appear is not exclusive to Shia, and most Muslims believe in it, and there are many hadiths related to Mahdism in Sunni books, and Sunni scholars, except for a few, believe in the appearance of the promised Mahdi, although in the characteristics And the time of his birth has differences with Shiite beliefs. Absence of the Shiite Imam Montazer does not conflict with any rational or Shariah ruling, and God's wisdom is based on the fact that he will be hidden from view for an indefinite period of time, and when God's will is granted, he will rise and establish the global government of God's justice. Belief in the promised savior waiting for his appearance is not exclusive to Islam and there is such a belief in all heavenly religions and in the holy books of Zoroastrians, Jews and Christians, there are many contents in this regard.
